Police: Seneca Falls man charged after child found walking by roadway

On Thursday at 11:35 a.m. police arrested a Seneca Falls man after a child was found walking alongside a roadway near his home.

David J. Moses, 32, was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child following a complaint received by police.



Moses is accused of failing to provide adequate supervision for a child two years of age, said child was located walking near the roadway outside of his residence.

He was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on July 2nd.
