A 65-year-old Macedon resident was arrested for DWI on Cline Road in Farmington after a routine traffic stop.
William F. Vuichard, 65, of Macedon was arrested around 12:25 p.m. on June 5th for DWI, failure to keep right, and unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Cline Road.
Deputies say his BAC was determined to be 0.13 percent – and he was issued appearance tickets.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
