Deputies say a 22-year-old Canandaigua resident was arrested on June 5th around 2:14 a.m. following a traffic stop on County Road 28.
Carly M. Digrande, 22, of Canandaigua was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Digrande is accused of speeding, failing to signal and operating without insurance – which resulted in the traffic stop.
She was being held at the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment. Deputies say the charges will be answered in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
