Deputies say a 56-year-old Webster man was charged with driving while intoxicated after a crash in a parking lot in Tyre.
Mark J. Hadden, 56, of Webster was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and unsafe backing.
The arrest stems from an investigation into a two-car property damage accident that happened on June 1st.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
