A 40-year-old Rochester man was arrested for driving while intoxicated on State Route 96 in Victor over the weekend.
Thomas E. Petrazzolo, 40, of Rochester was arrested after deputies responded to a report of a sick or intoxicated driver at East Main Street and Lynaugh Road in Victor.
The vehicle was pulled over on Mertensia Road just north of State Route 96 in Farmington.
Investigation determined that the pickup truck operated by Petrazzolo was traveling east when he failed to keep right and crossed the center line.
He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
