A 36-year-old Canandaigua woman has been arrested in connection to a fatal overdose after investigators say she sold the combination of cocaine and fentanyl back in November 2017.
Robin Vertigans, 36, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance after providing the lethal combination of drugs to an unidentified victim in November 2017.
She was arraigned in Ontario County and committed to the Ontario County Jail.
She is being held on no bail.
Vertigans is scheduled to be back in Gorham Town Court to answer to the charge at a later date.
