On May 29th at approximately 7:30 p.m., officers of the Canandaigua Police Department with the assistance of the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, arrested a 30-year-old Victor man for selling cocaine in Canandaigua.
Cassius D. Wright, of Victor was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, according to police.
It’s alleged that the defendant sold cocaine while in the City of Canandaigua. The arrest of Wright is the result of a co-investigation conducted by the Canandaigua City Police Department and the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office in regards to cocaine sales in Canandaigua.
Wright was held in the Ontario County Jail.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
