Members of the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 41-year-old Lyons woman for DWI after a welfare check.
Police were investigating a welfare check on a driver — identified as Christie M. McConnell, 41, of Lyons — who was charged with driving while intoxicated after an incident on Fall Street.
Police say McConnell was observed to be unconscious in a vehicle on Fall Street, which prompted the call to law enforcement.
She will answer the charges in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
