Two runners with area ties were the top male and female finishers at the Buffalo Marathon on Sunday morning.
Tim Chichester, a Mount Morris native who now lives in Hornell, Steuben County, was the top finisher in the men’s division with a time of 2:18:06.
Laura Anderson of Rochester was the first woman to finish, with a time of 2:57:06.
