Four years ago there was talk of a big makeover for Frontier Field — complete with a new baseball museum and revamped front gate entrance, concourse and suites.
The bill stood at $7.5 million, and the state delivered $1.5 million. But momentum stalled. Now the Rochester Red Wings’ new lease has reinvigorated those efforts.
“All of the projects we have talked about are still on the table,” said Naomi Silver, Red Wings president and CEO.
