Deputies say a a 29-year-old Sodus man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after an accident in Williamson.
The collision took place on Townline Road when Ian W. Roll-on, 29, was traveling south. Deputies say he went off the road and struck a culvert pipe in a ditch.
The vehicle was severely damaged but Roll-on was uninjured. Upon investigation, it was determined that Roll-on was intoxicated.
He was arrested for driving while intoxicated and transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office where he submitted to a chemical test. As result, it was determined that his blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent.
He was also charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right.
Roloson was released with traffic tickets and will appear in Williamson Town Court at a later date.
