Police say a 72-year-old Seneca Falls man was arrested for disorderly conduct after an incident on May 24th.
James L. Wade, 72, was charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly rescuing to comply with a lawful order from police. It all unfolded during an incident, which was under investigation by the Seneca Falls Police Department at that time.
He was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
