Williamson man charged with trespassing at McDonald’s

Deputies say a 52-year-old Williamson resident was arrested on trespassing charges after an incident at a local McDonald’s restaurant.

Scott P. Kelley, 52, of Ridge Road had previously been told that he was not allowed on the McDonald’s property in Williamson — when he entered the property anyway on Wednesday.

He was subsequently arrested and charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

He was returned to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of bail. The charges will be answered in Williamson Town Court.
