A Seneca Falls man was arrested on a petit larceny charge after a shoplifting complaint at D.A. Liquor.
Police say David J. Corning, 51, was accused of stealing property valued at $4.49 from the store.
He was released on an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date.
