Generations Bank announces the addition of Joseph Scibona as AVP-Western Regional Retail Director

Generations Bank announces the hiring of Joseph Scibona as the Western Regional Retail Director. Scibona will be responsible for the Ontario County offices as well as Monroe County and Western New York Markets.

Scibona has spent the past 18 years working in various roles in the financial services industry, including Branch Manager and Area Manager. He also holds securities and New York State insurance licenses.

Scibona was born and raised in Seneca Falls, is a graduate of Mynderse Academy and graduate of the Le Moyne College Integral Honors Program, with a B.A. in Economics. Joe is a member of the Our Lady of Peace parish finance committee and has served as the director of the Our Lady of Peace golf tournament for the past 8 years. He is also active with the Saint Francis & Saint Stephen School marketing and fundraising committees. Joe lives in Phelps with his wife Kathryn and daughter Elizabeth. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys golfing and fishing.
