Deputies say a 51-year-old Rochester man was arrested for stealing power equipment from a business in Victor in April.
Dean A. Klejment was charged with third-degree grand larceny after stealing more than $3,000 worth of power equipment from Victor Power Equipment on April 21st.
He was arraigned in Victor Town Court and committed to the jail in lieu of no bail.
He will answer the charges at a later date.
