Seneca County Sheriff Tim Luce says a 60-year-old Waterloo woman was arrested on felony charges following a welfare fraud investigation.
Luann Coughlin, 60, of Waterloo was charged with fourth-degree welfare fraud and misuse of food stamps. Both are Class E felonies.
The charges stem from an investigation, which alleges that Coughlin failed to disclose household income while receiving monetary benefits from Seneca County.
She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Waterloo Village Court at a later date.
