Learning curve for Newfield baseball team underway

The Newfield baseball team had been itching to get out on the field. Not only did the poor April weather keep them off their field, they actually hadn’t played on their home field in a year due to a renovation project. The Trojans were “chomping at the bit” to play outside, especially because they needed to shake some preseason rust off quickly with the amount of new and first-year players in the lineup.
