A 39-year-old Farmington man was arrested on Elm Street in Bloomfield after a traffic stop for failing to keep right.
Deputies say Eric A. Wright, 39, of Farmington was charged with driving while intoxicated; and issued a number of tickets following the traffic stop on Sunday around 3:22 a.m.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail, and released to a third-party.
The charges will be answered in East Bloomfield Town Court at a later date.
