Covert man was speeding, driving drunk on suspended registration in Fayette

Deputies say that on May 10th at approximately 2:30 p.m. an Covert man was arrested for driving while intoxicated, and driving without an active license after he was observed speeding.

Mark A. Radloff, 36, of Covert was charged with speeding, driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, and operating on a suspended registration. Deputies say Radloff had a BAC higher than .18 percent.



The incident stemmed from a traffic stop initiated by deputies on State Route 96 in the Town of Fayette when he was observed speeding.

Radloff is to appear to the Town of Fayette Court on June 6th at 7:00 p.m. to answer for the charges.
