Deputies say a Waterloo man was arrested on drug possession charges in Ontario County after a traffic stop in Canandaigua.
Kyle T. Peters, 23, of Waterloo was stopped on Route 364 in Canandaigua on multiple vehicle violations. Upon investigation, it was determined that Peters possessed a ‘white rock’ substance.
That substance was later identified as cocaine. He was issued citations and an appearance ticket for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
