Deputies say a 22-year-old Waterloo resident was arrested on harassment charges following a domestic incident.
The arrest took place on April 29th, according to deputies, and resulted in George A. Lopez, 22, of Waterloo being charged with second degree harassment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child — as well as unlawful imprisonment.
Lopez was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court and will answer the charges at a later date.
