Rochester man charged with DWI after property damage accident in Seneca Falls

On Saturday at 1:50 a.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 22-year-old Rochester resident following a property damage accident.

Tyler J. Pratt, 22, was arrested after a witness observed him leaving the scene of the property damage accident. Police located and stopped Pratt on Clinton Street, according to a press release.



Police determined that Pratt was operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated.

He was subsequently charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test, and operating a motor vehicle with an unsafe tire.

Pratt was processed and released on tickets. He is scheduled appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 21st.
