First responders were called to an overturned 18-wheeler on Indian Field Road in Cayuga County. The accident happened on Saturday and was the latest — in a number of similar accidents. Fire devastates East Palmyra family, home
One person died in a fire at a home in East Palmyra. Two others were injured and released from the hospital, but according to Red Cross Finger Lakes Chapter Executive Director Brian McConnell — tragedies like this one happen too frequently. Canandaigua Medical Group joins with Thompson Health
With more than 80 employees and approximately 28,000 patients, the Canandaigua Medical Group officially becomes part of UR Medicine Thompson Health on Monday. $22M coming to makeover Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport
Gov. Andrew Cuomo visited the Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport on Thursday to announce a $22 million expansion which would nearly double the facility’s size. Additions include a 5,000 square-foot federal customs facility to allow the airport to receive international flights, as well as six new gates at the airport, Cuomo said.
