On April 26th at about 4:45 p.m. investigators arrested a 16-year-old male on a charge of Criminal Michief in the Third Degree, a Class E Felony.
It is alleged that the male intentionally damaged numerous windows, causing damage in excess of $250.
The identity of the male has been withheld due to his age.
He is to appear in the Varick Town Court at a later date.
