A late shot with a chance to equalize it in the final seconds sailed wide and the No. 12 Syracuse (7-6, 4-0 ACC) men’s lacrosse team fell 11-10 to No. 11 Virginia (11-4, 1-3 ACC) in the ACC Semifinals.
Stephen Rehfuss led the way with two goals and an assist, while Tucker Dordevic chipped in two of his own, but it wasn’t enough to overcome a second half push that got the Cavaliers out to a late lead.
