A Lyons man faces more than a dozen felony charges after an investigation into multiple violations of a stay away order of protection.
State Police say that Kurtis Freeman, 26, of Lyons was charged with seven counts of first-degree criminal contempt — a Class E felony; and seven counts of aggravated family offense — also a Class E felony.
The arrest stems from an investigation, which alleged that Freeman made phone calls in January 2018 to a protected party in violation of a stay away order of protection.
He was arraigned in Lyons Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail.
Freeman is being held on $20,000 cash bail.
