State Police arrested a 24-year-old Lyons man on felony drug charges after an investigation in Wayne County.
Jorie N. Cruz, 24, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Police say that Cruz was arraigned in Arcadia Town Court on the charges and bail was set at $2,000.
His is set to appear in court on Wednesday.
