Seneca Meadows, Inc. today announced that its annual Mulch Day will be held on Saturday, May 5th, 2018, from 7:00 – 11:00 am at its Route 414 location. The free program is provided to Seneca County residents, who have a choice of locally purchased red or brown hardwood mulch.
District Manager, Kyle Black said, “Our mulch give-away is 16 years strong, and some community members have been with us from the start. Our Seneca Meadows team enjoys seeing the familiar faces. It’s a good feeling knowing that we’re providing an ecologically beneficial resource that so many people value.”
Participants will receive two scoops of mulch on a first come, first served basis. Proof of residency in Seneca County is required. No registration is necessary. Seneca Meadows personnel will be on hand to assist those with containers.
