Police: Employee stole $65,000 from Seneca Meadows via illegal ‘check cashing’

The Seneca Falls Police Department says a 46-year-old Waterloo resident was arrested on grand larceny charges after stealing more than $65,000 from Seneca Meadows.

Pamela Lewis, 46, is accused of depositing several checks totaling over $65,000 — payable to Seneca Meadows, Inc. — into her own account for personal use from November 2015 to December 2017.

Lewis was charged with second-degree grand larceny. Police say the charge is a Class C felony.

She was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and released to appear again on May 3rd.
