A 38-year-old Waterloo woman was arrested by police after a controlled substance was found in her possession.
Jennifer N. Waldron, 38, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance outside of a prescription bottle and unlawful possession of marijuana.
She was released on appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
