On April 17th at approximately 1:45 p.m. police in Seneca Falls were called to a domestic incident.
Michael R. Mclean, 38, of Seneca Falls was charged with second-degree harassment and is accused of subjecting the victim to unwanted physical contact during the incident.
The victim was not injured, but Mclean was charged.
An order of protection was issued for the victim, and the harassment charge will be answered in Seneca Falls Town Court.
