A 22-year-old Penfield resident was arrested and charged with grand larceny after an investigation into an incident that happened in November 2017.
According to deputies, Ryan Patrick Frawley, 22, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. He was contracted to perform work in Victor and failed to perform the work as promised.
He kept the payment, which was rendered to him in exchange for the services.
That amount was over $1,000, according to police.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
