On April 13th an Auburn man was arrested on multiple charges after a traffic stop, which stemmed from using a mobile phone while driving.
Troopers arrested Michael L. Emmi, 51, of Auburn for driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired by alcohol and operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone.
Emmi was stopped on Clark Street Road in the Town of Aurelius for using a mobile phone while driving.
He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. Emmi was transported to SP Auburn where he provided a breath sample of .07 percent BAC.
He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Aurelius Court on April 25, 2018.
