The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Sodus man following an investigation Wednesday evening.
Deputies arrested Ralph A. Marsocci, 65, of Sodus after allegedly unlawfully entering into a fenced property. He was charged with Criminal Trespass in the Third degree.
Deputies say he was arraigned in the Town of Sodus where he was released on his own recognizance.
A stay away order of protection was issued at court. The charges will be answered in Sodus Town Court at a later date.
