On April 11th around 1:36 p.m. the Geneva Police Department executed a search warrant – taking a 26-year-old Geneva woman into custody.
As result of the warrant execution, Marla D. Fenner, 26, of Geneva was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, and is being held at the Ontario County Jail on $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secured bond.
She was also charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Investigators say Fenner sold controlled substances in Geneva.
Additional felony charges may be pending, according to the Geneva Police Department.
