The Auburn Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a 16-year-old girl who has not been seen since Saturday.
Police said that Ayahja Bonner ran away from 36 Paul St. in Auburn on April 7. She is black with brown eyes, 5-feet, 8-inhes tall and weighs about 300 pounds. She was last seen in a black vest, black shirt, black leggings and carry a black backpack.
It is not known for sure where Bonner may have headed, but police said that she has family and other contacts in the Syracuse area and was believed to be in that area Tuesday.
