The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday at 11:30 p.m., deputies arrested a 31-year-old Waterloo woman following a traffic stop.
Jenna L Lavita, 31, of Waterloo was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with 0.08 percent BAC, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Insufficient Tail Lamps.
Lavita was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on May 11th to answer the charges.
