Urgent Care expands hours in Geneva to better serve community

If you think Geneva’s Urgent Care, located at 789 Pre-Emption Road in Finger Lakes Health Commons is an overall positive for the community — then there’s some good news on the way.

Finger Lakes Health announced that weekend hours are expanding, and will now feature 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. operation. That means the entire week will see 12 hour service days, which is an advantage when it comes to serving the community, according to officials with FLH.

“As part of our commitment to our communities we are pleased to be able to expand our hours to address unexpected medical concerns by serving an important need” states Andre Forcier, Chief Administrative Officer, FLH Medical, P.C.

“People are very busy and it is important that we are available at times convenient for our patients. We have received positive patient feedback about our expanded hours and our increased access to care” added Bob Switzer, who serves as Urgent Care Director.

Urgent Care services are designed for those who suffer minor and/or unexpected illnesses.
