On Saturday a Fairport man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Route 31 in Macedon.
Andre M. Dunmore, 28, of Fairport was charged with felony driving while intoxicated – due to a previous conviction, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than 0.08 percent, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to keep right on a two lane road and failure to notify DMV of a change of address.
Dunmore was stopped on State Route 31 in the Town of Macedon for failing to keep right in lane.
He was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests, according to police.
Dunmore was then transported to SP Walworth HQ where he provided a breath sample of 0.10 percent. He was arraigned in the Town of Macedon and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $5,000 secured bond.
He is scheduled to reappear on April 24th, 2018.
