A Beaver Dams resident was arrested after an incident involving a 78-year-old woman.
Police say Shannon Brockway, 48, of Beaver Dams exposed himself to a 78-year-old woman, who was working at the Corning Transportation Center. Police say he also inappropriately touched himself during the incident — in front of the woman.
Brockway was located inside of the center’s bathroom and taken into custody by law enforcement.
He was charged with public lewdness and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police say he had suboxone in his possession at the time of the arrest and incident.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
