Deputies say a 26-year-old Victor resident was arrested for possessing 12 bags of herion and one bag of cocaine after a traffic stop on Sunday.
Dalton J. Krug, 26, was arrested following the traffic stop, which was conducted by deputies with the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
While the stop took place around 12:24 a.m., investigators did not initially release the charges against Krug.
On Monday, deputies said Drug was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The traffic stop also took place on Winston Drive in the Town of Victor, according to deputies. In addition to the drug charge, he was also cited for illegal tint, obstructed plate, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
Investigators say he will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
