Police say a Geneva man was taken into custody as a fugitive from justice this week.
On April 3rd at approximately 1:21 p.m. police arrested Juan Manuel Marrero, 37, of Geneva, who is being held on no bail.
Police say he was wanted in Berks County, Pennsylvania for sexual assault.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail and is awaiting extradition.
