Deputies in Ontario County arrested a 25-year-old Victor man following a traffic stop on Route 96.
Deputies say Bryce R. Grantham, 25, of Victor was traveling south on Route 96 in Victor when his vehicle passed through a solid red light at the intersection of County Road 42 and Route 96.
Through investigation it was determined that Grantham was driving while intoxicated. He was charged with DWI and issued tickets for passing a red light and unsafe lane change.
The charges will be answered at later date.
