Syracuse center Bourama Sidibe underwent surgery last Friday on his left knee, according to SU officials.
Sidibe, a 6-foot-10 freshman, hobbled through this past season while dealing with a severe case of tendinitis in his knee.
Sidibe’s surgery came just one week after Syracuse’s season ended with a 69-65 loss to Duke in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament.
