Deputies arrested a 51-year-old Cohocton resident after an ambulance company saw their property be damaged by the man.
Rick E. Towner, 51, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. He is accused of intentionally damaging property of the Town of Cohocton Ambulance Service.
Towner was arraigned in Cohocton Village Court and released. He is scheduled to re-appear at a later date.
The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office was assisted in this investigation by the Town of Cohocton Police Department.
