Deputies say a 60-year-old Shortsville man was ticketed after being found to have operated a vehicle in an intoxicated condition in Ontario County over the weekend.
John Eugene Minehan Jr., 60, of Shortsville was charged with driving while intoxicated on Saturday around 10:34 p.m. after a traffic stop on Collett Road in Farmington.
He was issued traffic tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
