After throwing a vase during an incident, a Canandaigua man was arrested on criminal mischief charges.
On March 27th at approximately 4:02 p.m., officers of the Canandaigua Police Department arrested 25-year-old Miles E. Nelson of Canandaigua for criminal mischief in the third degree.
It is alleged that on March 10th Nelson threw a vase through the rear windshield of a car causing damage in excess of $250.00.
Nelson was arraigned in Canandaigua City Court and subsequently committed to the Ontario County pending bail in the amount of $2500 cash or $5000 bond.
