Deputies: Lyons man shoved fiancé, charged with assault

Deputies say a Lyons man was arrested following a domestic incident on Tuesday.

Nathan S. Seager, 24, of Lyons was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child after a domestic disturbance with his fiancé.



Seager is accused of shoving her to the floor, causing pain and swelling to her wrist. The incident unfolded in front of two children, who were 7- and 2-years-old.

Seager was arraigned in Lyons Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
