On Friday at 7:09 p.m. police arrested a 36-year-old Seneca Falls man following a domestic incident.
Eric S. Burleson, 36, of Seneca Falls was charged following a domestic incident where he threatened to kill another person.
The Seneca Falls Police Department says the female victim was in fear of physical injury. While she was attempting to leave, Burleson followed her outdoors.
While the female was backing her car out of the driveway Burleson then punched the windshield causing it to smash. He was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree menacing.
He was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and released on his own recognizances. Police say Burleson is scheduled to re-appear in town court on May 3rd at 5:30 p.m.
A stay-away order of protection was also issued against Burleson.
